MEMBERS
Your Account
If you use this site as a member in any capacity, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for
restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Virtual Antiques Centre and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel subscriptions at their sole discretion. All subscriptions will be taken via Paypal. It is the members responsibility to manage the subscription via the link provided in every transaction. Whilst we take every measure to ensure that all transactions are free from error, The Virtual Antiques Centre cannot be held responsible for errors or the accuracy or management of funds taken from credit cards via the subscription service provided by Paypal.
Minors
The Virtual Antiques Centre does allow the sale of items for children,
but it strongly reccommends the involvement of adults, who can communicate with you and make the purchase on the minor's behalf. If you are a dealer under the age of 18, you may not subscribe to The Virtual Antiques Centre to sell your items.
CONTENT (ITEM LISTING, IMAGES, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT)
Members may post images, descriptions, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information via the proper means,
so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual
property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain
software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation other than to sell the services or items allowed by your subscription to The Virtual Antiques Centre.
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity,

LISTING POLICY IN PLAIN ENGLISH
This does not affect our rights and policies described above and serves to clarify in plain english our policies on listing items within The Virtual Antiques Centre. All Items listed in The Virtual Antiques Centre must be genuine antiques or collectables. Any items found to be reproduction or fake will be removed from the site. If any item listed is reported as being stolen, the listing will be suspended pending enquiry. Please remember that we are obliged to uphold the law. This does not affect your rights.
We urge members to insure that all information about an item is as truthful and honest as possible. Accordingly we urge members to satisfy themselves that any item listed is as described. We remind all members, visitors, buyers and sellers of items that The Virtual Antiques Centre accepts no responsibility for any information placed within a listing.
DICIPLINARY ACTION
We will investigate all complaints. Any abuse of our terms and conditions may result in temporarary or indefinite account suspension as found to be appropriate following investigation. NOTE: Whilst The Virtual Antiques Centre will not become involved in disputes between sellers and buyers, actions that are deemed to have a negative impact on the reputation of The Virtual Antiques Centre will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
The Virtual Antiques Centre and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been
copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us with your complaint.
